SMFM: Free Online Course for Physicians to Address Burnout
SMFM has developed a course (no test questions involved!) to address the growing problem of burnout among physicians and is free and open access to everyone, including nonmembers of SMFM. This course will help learners
Recognize burnout and second victim syndrome
Identify the individual and organizational factors that contribute to burnout
Lead their organizations in creating a culture of wellness
Take personal actions to increase personal wellness and resilience
